How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

All Orders received before 17.00pm Monday - Friday are usually despatched on the next day. Our UK Standard delivery is despatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48, this service will deliver your order within 2-3 working days. European delivery takes 4-6 days and International delivery outside of Europe takes 6-7 days. See below for personalised order turn around.

How long do personalised items take to arrive? 

Personalised orders will be despatched up to 7 working days from the date of placing your order. Please note personalised placed with express delivery are not despatched next day, they are still despatched within the 7 day window but are sent on next day delivery when they are despatched. Please note embroidery "previews" are not 100% accurate and the size and placement can vary depending on the number of characters. Please email contact@clementineandmint.com to discuss any embroidery specific requests. 

Can I return my purchase?

Do you ship Internationally? 

Yes we ship Worldwide. Duty & Customs are not included in the cost of delivery. 

 What type of packaging do you use? 

Our packaging is recyclable and reusable. We use paper mailer bags and linen drawstring bags to transport our products.
