UK Standard delivery 

£4.95 - Royal Mail tracked 48, delivered within 2-3 business days. 

Personalised orders will be despatched up to 7 working days from the date of placing your order. If you require an order more urgently please email us at contact@clementineandmint.com and request an express embroidery service. 

UK Express delivery 

£6.95 - Royal Mail tracked 24 . Order by 2pm for same day despatch Monday-Friday. delivered within 1-2 business days, please note express delivery is not guaranteed next day delivery during peak the peak Christmas period. 

European delivery 

£12.00 - Royal Mail International. Duty & Customs are not included in the cost of delivery. Please note that Royal Mail are still experiencing significant delays with their international network and parcels are taking longer than usual to travel through their network. 

£30.00 - DHL International Express service 1-3 working days. Duty & Customs are not included in the cost of delivery.  

US delivery

PACKAGING 

We have kept our packaging simple and sustainable. With our planet in mind, we have made sure our packaging is recyclable, reusable & made with recycled materials.

Each of our orders come in a recyclable mailer bag with one of our reusable linen drawstring bags. 

RETURNS 

We hope that you love your Clementine & Mint order, however if you would like to return any items or your purchase isn't suitable then please email contact@clementineandmint.com . 

Returns are managed on an individual basis. All return requests must be sent within 5 days of receiving the delivery of your order and returned within 7 days of requesting your return. 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend considering using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We unfortunately can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
