RETURNS 

We hope that you love your Clementine & Mint order, however if you would like to return any items or your purchase isn't suitable then please email contact@clementineandmint.com . 

Returns are managed on an individual basis, we will do everything we can to support your request. All return requests must be processed within 7 days of receiving the delivery of your order.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  
If you are shipping an order over the value of £50, we recommend considering using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We unfortunately can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All refunds are processed on a case by case basis and all products must be returned in their original condition. Once the item is received back into the warehouse and quality checked your refund will then be processed.
